Learning Labs members who use AOL for e-mail have reported problems receiving automated messages from us, including notifications of new posts in courses/groups and password reset assistance. I have attempted to work with AOL to rectify this situation but have to date not been successful.
If you use AOL for your e-mail, we recommend using an alternate e-mail provider, if possible, when registering with the Learning Labs. Free e-mail providers known to work with the Learning Labs include
