 | Learning Labs not sending out mail |

We're having problems getting the Learning Labs to send out mail. This includes notifications of new messages in your groups as well as confirmation and password reset messages. Something's up with how mail leaves our server and goes through KU. If you're waiting on a confirmation just e-mail me at help@stratepedia.org and I will confirm your account manually. If you need help with a password, e-mail me from the e-mail account you used to register and I'll help you get moving. Sorry for the inconvenience. E-mail is actually a complicated, brittle system. Finding what's causing a problem can be a proverbial needle in a haystack. Aaron |
